Holding the Continental Hockey League tournament has confirmed the relevancy of our intentions regarding organization and construction of the sport hockey center of the European significance in Latvia.

The object is situated in Zemgale suburb of Riga, near of Agenskalns gulf and Vanshu bridge.The real estate object with a complex of industrial and residential buildings is located on the left bank of Daugava river, in a quite picturesque and at the same time dinamicly developing area of Pardaugava.
