Project overview:
The construction of inhabited settlement "Pluģuciems" "with the developed infrastructure is planned on the land plot. The settlement is divided into 129 plots where:

3 row houses (10 apartments in each)
3 construction of apartment house
The projects of houses in a settlement are hold in same architectural style and all projects meet the modern standards and wishes. A multifunction sport and entertaining complex with cafe, beauty salon, gym and a sports ground will create maximally comfortable living conditions on the settlement’s territory. There will be created an exciting children's playground and kindergarten for children. Close to the settlement is raising a multifunctional infrastructure complex „Saliena”, in which schools, golf ground, trading centers and business-park are offered at your disposal. The buildup of the settlement includes the laying of central communications, water supply system, sewerage system, laying of electric cable directly to the borders of each district, construction of inner roads. Carefully studied engineering infrastructure will provide the connection of every house to the city public-call network, Internet and security alarm system. Development of the project:

4. Ffeeding water supply from borehole project is developed; 5. Feeding Water drains and connection of a construction with biological clearing project is developed; 6. The contract on sport center designing is signed 7. Gasification of settlement “Paegles” (the end of 2008); 8. The contract on line house project designing is signed; 9. 3 projects of individual house on a single base are already designed; 10. Preliminary works estimate for technical communications is worked out (competition of firms on realization of the project is conducted).
