To implement CHL ideas of hockey development and to receive the world level hockey education a mutual partnership shall beestablished, so we offer collaboration in realizing the construction of the sport hockey center and the neighboring dwellings.

The sport hockey center will have the modern ice ground with two skating rinks covered with artificial ice for playing hockey any time of the year. A cafe, restaurant, fitness center, beauty salon, a small cinema hall, children game room and changing rooms for sportsmen will be built in adjoining premises.

A built-up area of an ice sports center comprises 12500 m2. An artificial ground for turf futsal, street basketball and other outdoor sports will be built next to the hall.

Facing the insufficient development of hockey and its backups our primary goal is creating the background for the beginning hockey players to receive European level hockey education, as well as to further develop and perfect European and Asiatic hockey.

Construction of the Hockey center will provide the following possibilities:

-  holding regular hockey tournaments for senior teams;

- organizing junior hockey tournaments inviting teams from Europe, Asia and USA;

- establishing the modern hockey school or the boarding-school for children and teenagers holding master classes with the participation of top world hockey players, (present preliminary agreements have been made with the world leading hockey players)

- establishing the special training background for hockey teams holding pre-season meetings and leasing it to the CHL teams;

-  establishing the specialized school of goalkeepers;

- creating the background for teams coming for regular tournaments of the CHL championship with the accommodation and training possibility;

- conducting seminars on preparation and upgrade qualifications of coaches and judges from Europe and Asia;

-  conducting English language courses to improve language skills of coaches from Non-speaking English countries, taking into account CHL interests;

This makes the concept of creating the hockey center aimed at the European and Asiatic hockey development, getting the high level education and constructing the neighboring residential compound, built on the territory of „Paegles”, perspective. The project is unprecedented in Europe, except for Finland.

Cottages, row houses, which will be built in our settlement, are supposed to be used as hotels or suites for permanent or temporal residence of sportsmen. This will ensure comfortable and pleasant accommodation for less than 500 sportsmen.

Individual two-storeyed cottages will be exploited both for the permanent residence of the service staff and for the temporal or seasonal residence of coaches, judges or leading hockey players of the world, conducting master classes.

It is planned to construct the recreation complex including SPA-center, sauna with the swimming-pool for 25 persons for sportsmen to rest and enjoy relaxing treatment after the tournaments or trainings.

The training area with the race track is going to be created in the neighbouring park.  The lake “Babites” is located close to the settlement.
