Object address:
	The object is situated in Zemgale suburb of Riga, near of Agenskalns gulf and Vanshu bridge.The real estate object with a complex of industrial and residential buildings is located on the left bank of Daugava river, in a quite picturesque and at the same time dinamicly developing area of Pardaugava. The ground area of total 3520 m², which includes two built up territories, is situated between Daugavgrivas, Kalnciema and Erglju streets.


Functional purpose:
	At this moment there is being worked out reconstruction project of this complex for A-class offices, inhabited appertments and hotel sector building. The work out of this project is carried out by the Architectural bureau "Arhis" and managed by A.Kronbergs.

	The planned density of building is 65%, general area of five floor complex is 7595 m²: 1630 m² - apartments (area of apartments is from 60 to 240 m²); 5400 m² - hotel (as variant this area or its part can be used under A class bureu); 565 m² – commercial area; 3007 m² – underground parking;
